Cancellation Policy

We keep it simple! Spots are first-come, first-served. A small deposit (or signed agreement) may be needed to lock in your appointment. Need to reschedule? No problem—just let us know 24 hours ahead so we can adjust. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may mean we have to keep your deposit if this applies. Call us with any changes we will be glad to accommodate your needs.
